Our licensed therapists use compression, kneading and acupressure focused on common problem areas. These techniques reduce muscle tightness, calm the nervous system, and produce a rapid sense of relaxation that helps employees feel less stressed and more focused.
Participants should wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows access to the neck, shoulders and upper back. No oils or undressing are required, and therapists can adapt techniques to work over clothing for privacy and convenience.
Capacity depends on the number of therapists you book. A standard four-hour booking with two therapists typically serves 30–40 people with five- to eight-minute sessions each, while adding therapists increases throughput proportionally.
Chair massage can provide relief for many chronic conditions by reducing tension and improving circulation, but it may not replace medical care. Inform therapists of any conditions; they will adapt pressure and techniques or recommend alternate treatments.
We need a flat, semi-private area roughly 5x8 feet per therapist with good lighting and access to power. We provide portable chairs and all supplies; clients only supply basic space and a few chairs for waiting.
Offering on-site chair massage communicates that your organization values employee wellbeing. The immediate stress relief, increased energy, and shared experience boost morale, reduce burnout, and foster a positive team environment.
