Trim hair to roughly a quarter inch if needed. Avoid sunburn, vigorous exfoliation, or retinol use 48 hours before. Arrive clean and wear loose clothing. We'll consult on sensitivities and perform a patch test when necessary.

You'll feel a brief stinging or tugging sensation during waxing, often less than expected. Skilled therapists use technique, speed, and calming products; topical numbing can be used for extra comfort if you're concerned.

Appointments vary by hair density and area size but typically take twenty to forty minutes. Allow extra time for consultation and aftercare instructions during your first visit.

Results generally last three to six weeks depending on your hair growth cycle. Regular waxing can slow regrowth and make hair finer; spacing sessions consistently gives best, longer-lasting results.

Many people with mild sensitivity can wax after a consultation and patch test. Contraindications include open wounds, active infections, recent chemical peels, or certain medications—our therapist will advise alternatives if waxing isn't safe.

Avoid heavy exercise, hot baths, and sun exposure for twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Don't exfoliate immediately; begin gentle exfoliation after two days. Apply soothing, non-comedogenic lotion and wear breathable clothing to reduce irritation.
